From ibi:

Whoa, when did summer come back?

Fleur is a field blend, if your field was all of Ontario (ours is). It's the friend you wish you met years earlier, but are happy they're here now.

Iced peach tea. Glittery strawberries. Plump pears.

Fleur is a blend of Seyval Blanc, Vidal, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Élevage on Maréchal Foch lees.

Some might say there are too many fruits here. They would be wrong. Each varietal interlocks with it's neighbour, pushing it to be better. Elevating each other, as great friends do.

Fleur sparks thirst. Mouthwatering acid, deep width and the softest sparkle. Beautifully rich, Fleur retains just enough of each individual fruit.

A distinctive amalgam. A rare interfusion, bigger than each part. Get two, and drink them both on a Wednesday.
