100% Plavac Mali grapes are destemmed, crushed and left to macerate for 12 hours.
The pressed juice is spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks and left to mature for 9 months in the same vessel. A minimal amount of sulfur is added only at bottling, resulting in a total of 20mg/L in the wine. The thick skins of Plavac yield a deep-colored rosé.
