Val Tolla was the ancient denomination of the middle Val d'Arda where the vine was cultivated since Roman times.
It is obtained from the pressing of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica grapes which are traditionally grown on our hills. The ripe grapes are harvested manually in small boxes and vinified in maceration on the skins for about thirty days.
The wine expresses the characteristic fruity aroma and the taste is soft but structured.
