Brewed with wheat, oats and lactose sugar, hopped with sabro and soured in the kettle with our house lactobacillus strain. After fermentation it was conditioned on passionfruit puree, apricot puree, house made blue curacao, blood orange puree and zest, pomegranate juice, lime juice and lemon juice. It has notes of vibrant passionfruit, stone fruit, earthy pomegranate, zesty citrus, orange peel and light spice. Full bodied with balance sweet and tart and incredibly refreshing.
